  1. Potato boiled and sliced    2    nos.
  2. Paneer cubed    100    g
  3. Tomatoes -chopped    1    no.
  4. Onion -chopped    3    nos.
  5. Garlic -chopped    2    cloves
  6. Coriander Powder     1    tbsp
  7. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  8. Garam Masala     1    tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  10. Coriander Leaves     1    stalks
  11. Butter     1    tbsp
  12. Oil     1    tbsp


  1. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the paneer and potatoes till light golden brown and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onions and the garlic until brown.
  3. Add tomato piecesand cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add the coriander powder,chilly powder,turmeric powder and garam masala.Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the fried paneer,potatoes,salt and enough water to get a gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
