  1. Potato cubed    2    nos.
  2. Carrot cubed    2    nos.
  3. Green Beans -chopped    ½    cup
  4. Cauliflower Cut into long florets and boiled     ½    cup
  5. Peas     ½    cup
  6. Onion -chopped    2    nos.
  7. Tomato -chopped    1    no.
  8. Ginger -chopped    1    piece
  9. Garlic -chopped    4    cloves
  10. Green Chillies (Slit)    3    nos.
  11. Chilli Powder     ½    tsp
  12. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  13. Coriander Powder     1    tsp
  14. Coconut Milk     1    cup
  15. Curry Leaves     2    stalks
  16. Oil     2    tsp
  17. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. Pressure cook the vegetables adding enough water and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,add onion and stir it till golden brown.
  3. Add green chillies,ginger,garlic and curry leaves stir it well.
  4. Add tomatoes and stir it till oil separate.
  5. Add chilly powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder,stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked vegetables and peas,mix it well.
  7. Finally add the coconut milk and bring to boil.
  8. Kurma is ready.Serve it with best combinations.
