  1. Button Mushroom -chopped    1    cup
  2. Paneer     ½    cup
  3. Soya chunks soaked in water and squeezed    ½    cup
  4. Onion -chopped    ¾    cup
  5. Green Chillies -sliced    7    nos.
  6. Ginger -chopped    1    tsp
  7. Potato mashed    1    cup
  8. Chicken Masala     2    tsp
  9. Pepper Powder     ¼    tsp
  10. Tomato Sauce     2    tsp
  11. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    tsp
  12. Corn Flakes Powder    1    cup
  13. Egg     1    no.
  14. Oil for deep frying    1    cup


  1. Beat the paneer pieces in blender.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the soya chunks.Let it be cool and powdered it.
  3. Heat oil in another pan fry onion, green chillies and ginger.
  4. Add chicken masala,pepper powder and stir it well.
  5. Add button mushroom and paneer.Fry till golden brown.
  6. Mix the coriander leaves and sauce
  7. Add the potatoes and mix it well, prepare small balls out of it.
  8. Dip the balls in the beaten eggs and sprinkle the cornflakes.
  9. Deep fry the balls in pre heated oil
  10. Serve it hot.
