Ingredients: 

    1. Maida      ½    cup
    2. Corn Flour      ¼    cup
    3. Rice Powder      2    tbsp
    4. Egg      1    no.
    5. Ginger Garlic Paste      2    tsp
    6. Red Chilli Powder      1    tsp
  1. Cauliflower Cut into long florets and boiled     1    no.
  2. Onion -chopped    2    nos.
  3. Capsicum -chopped    1    no.
  4. Spring Onion -chopped    2    tbsp
  5. Garlic -chopped    5    cloves
  6. Green Chillies     2    tbsp
  7. Soya Sauce     1    tbsp
  8. Chilly Sauce     2    tbsp
  9. Tomato Sauce     3    tbsp
  10. Vinegar     1    tsp
  11. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalk
  12. Oil     3    tsp
  13. Salt to taste     ½    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Mix together the ingredients of no. 1 and prepare thick batter adding enough water.
  2. Marinate the cauliflower pieces and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower till turns light brown.
  4. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
  5. Heat oil in another pan,add spring onion(whites),green chillies and garlic,stir it for 5 minutese.
  6. Add onions,capsicum and salt.Stir it well for 5 minutes.
  7. Mix soya sauce,chilly sauce,vinegar and tomato sauce well.
  8. Add the fried cauliflower.Stir it well slow fire for up to 7 minutes.
  9. Add spring onion(greens) and coriander leaves and toss it well for few minutes.
  10. Serve it with best combination.
