  1. Prawns     1    Kg
  2. Chilli Powder     2    tbsp
  3. Coriander Powder     1    tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  5. Rice Powder     2    tbsp
  6. Garlic paste    2    cloves
  7. Ginger paste    1    piece
  8. Lime Juice     2    nos.
  9. Beaten Egg     1    no.
  10. Curry Leaves     2    stalk
  11. Coconut Oil for deep frying    150    g


  1. Clean the prawns well and remove shell.
  2. Mix together the ingredients from no. 2 to 10 along with little water.And make a fine paste.
  3. Marinate the prawns with prepared paste and keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai, add curry leaves and marinated prawns.Fry till crispy.
  5. Drain it on an absorbent paper and serve it hot.
