  1. Lady's Finger -Cut into small pieces    ½    Kg
  2. Tomato thickly sliced    1    no.
  3. Onion Strips    1    no.
  4. Red Chilli Powder     ½    tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  6. Coriander Seeds (Malli) Powder    1½    tsp
  7. Garam Masala     ½    tsp
  8. Oil     1    tbsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry until the onions become brown
  2. Add tomatoes and fry until oil separates.
  3. Then add the lady's Finger and cook upto 10 minutes. Stir in between.
  4. Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala and salt.
  5. Mix it well and cook for 5 minute.
  6. Lady's ginger sabji is ready serve it with best combinations.
