Prawns Fry

Ingredients: 

  1. Prawns     500    g
  2. Onion -chopped fine    1    no.
  3. Green Chillies -chopped    3    nos.
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tbsp
  5. Red Chilli Powder     1    tbsp
  6. Pepper Powder     ½    tbsp
  7. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tbsp
  8. Garam Masala Powder    ¼    tbsp
  9. Oil for deep frying    2    tbsp
  10. Lemon Wedges    6    nos.
  11. Coriander Leaves -chopped    1    tbsp

Description:
 

  1. Clean and de-vein prawns.
  2. Mix together the ingredients from No.4 to 9 and marinate the prawns for 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,add onion and green chillies.Fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add marinated prawns and fry it well till done.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
