Sift together the flour,conrflour and baking powder.
In another bowl,beat the butter and sugar powder until creamy.
Then add the beaten eggs and essence.Mix it well.
Add the sifted flour into above mixture and knead well for making a soft dough.
Roll out the dough over a floured surface to a half centimetre thick.
Cut small circles with a floured cutter.
Place them on a greased baking tray.
Sprinkle with sugar and almonds.
Bake in a moderate oven for about 12 minutes or until they are ready.
