  1. Potato boiled    5    nos.
  2. Fenugreek leaves -chopped    2    tbsp
  3. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  5. Cumin Seeds     ½    tsp
  6. Oil     2    tbsp


  1. Peel and diced the potatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds,allow it to splutter.
  3. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt,stir it for 2 minute.
  4. Add diced potatoes and fenugreek leaves,stir it and cover the pan.
  5. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Aloo Methi is ready,serve it hot.
