  1. Raw Rice(Pachari)     ½    Kg
  2. Coconut grated    1    no.
  3. Cumin Seeds     ½    tsp


  1. Soak the rice overnight , drain and powder it.
  2. Mix the rice powder and grated coconut,well
  3. And then add the cumin seeds and salt and mix it well.Keep aside for four hours
  4. Roast the rice mixture , over medium heat.Keep stirring continuously until the mixture turns light golden brown.
  5. Remove from fire and cool it.
  6. Serve with banana or sugar.
