Ingredients: 

  1. Cauliflower Cut into long florets and boiled     ½    Kg
  2. Gram Flour(Besan Flour)     ½    cup
  3. Chilli Powder     2½    tsp
  4. Coriander Powder     ¼    tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder     ¼    pinch
  6. Asafoetida Powder    ¼    tsp
  7. Oil for deep frying    1    cup

Description:
 

  1. Mix together the ingredients from 2 to 7 and prepare the thick batter by adding enough water.
  2. Marinate the cauliflower pieces into the batter for half-an-hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower pieces till it becomes golden brown in color.
  4. Drain it on an an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve it hot.
