Ingredients: 

  1. Coriander Leaves     2    stalks
  2. Tamarind     2    stalks
  3. Cumin Seeds     ½    tsp
  4. Red Chillies     2    no.
  5. Jaggery(Sarkkara)     1    piece

Description:
 

  1. Wash and chop the coriander leaves.
  2. Grind the chopped coriander leaves,tamarind,jaggery,cumin seeds and red chilly together with salt.
  3. Add little water while grinding so as to obtain smooth coriander chutney.
  4. Coriander chutney is an ideal side dish for idly and upma.
