  1. Coriander Powder     4    tsp
  2. Red Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  3. Dry Mango Powder    1    tsp
  4. Pepper Powder     ½    tsp
  5. Cumin Seeds Powder     ½    tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  7. Jaggery(Sarkkara)     100    g
  8. Coriander Leaves     1    stalk


  1. Dry roast coriander,pepper and cumin seeds powders seperately until each of them turns brown in colour.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add fried powders,turmeric and chilly powders into the water.Boil this once again.
  3. Add jaggery into the above solution and allow it to dissolve.
  4. Add dried mango powder and chopped coriander leaves into the chutney.
  5. Instant Chutney is ready to serve.
