  1. Brain of goat     2    nos.
  2. Small Onion / Shallot     10    nos.
  3. Red Chillies     8    nos.
  4. Cumin Seeds     5    tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  6. Coconut     2    nos.
  7. Oil     2    tsp


  1. Chop the onions nicely.
  2. Grind red chillies and cumin seeds into a fine paste.
  3. Grind the coconut and take the coconut milk.
  4. Clean the brain of goat.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions with turmeric powder and salt.
  6. Add the brain into the above mixture and fry it.
  7. Now mix the prepared paste and coconut milk with the brain. Cook it over a low flame until the gravy becomes thick and oil floats on the top. Brain Gravy is ready to serve.
