  1. Potato -sliced    5    nos.
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tsp
  3. Onion     3    nos.
  4. Lime Juice     1    tsp
  5. Coriander Leaves     3    tbsp
  6. Red Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  7. Garam Masala     ½    tsp
  8. Coriander Powder     ½    tsp
  9. Oil for frying    1    cup
  10. Ghee     1    tbsp
  11. Salt to taste     1    tsp


  1. Heat the oil in a wok, deep fry the potatoes till golden brown. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add ginger- garlic paste, fry till it leaves a raw smell.
  3. Then add the Onion rings and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the ingredients 5 to 7.Then tossed in the fried potatoes.
  5. Add the coriander leaves and Lemon juice. Mix it well
  6. Take off the fire and serve it hot.
