  1. Butter     2    tsp
  2. Garlic -chopped    1    tsp
  3. Baby corns -sliced    6    nos.
  4. Ginger -chopped    1    tsp
  5. Bean Sprouts(Mulappicha Payar)     1    cup
  6. Capsicum -chopped    1    cup
  7. Soya Sauce     1    tbsp
  8. Tomatoes -chopped    1    cup
  9. Pepper to taste    ½    tsp


  1. Heat the butter in a pan,add ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute.
  2. Add the baby corns and fry it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add the capsicum and bean sprouts and cook over high flame for a minute.
  4. Add salt, pepper, soya sauce and tomatoes.Stir it well.Salad is ready.
  5. Serve it cool.
